Rules for qualifying and reviewing texts
- Deadline for submitting texts to individual issues - the last day of March (we reserve the right to shorten the deadline in case of a large number of texts)
- After receiving the text, the journal's editors make its initial qualification in terms of compliance with the journal's profile.
- After the text is formally qualified, it is submitted for external review (up to two reviewers from outside the University of the National Education Commission)
- The designated reviewer must have a different affiliation than the author of the submitted text.
- The review meets the requirements of the so-called mutual anonymity.
- The review is in writing (applicable form).
- The review must have a clearly worded acceptance clause or
- After the reviewer submits the review, the Author becomes acquainted with it.
- If two contradictory reviewer conclusions occur, the editorial office may request the appointment of an additional reviewer or decide on the further fate of the article.
- The list of reviewers invited to cooperate is provided in each volume of the yearbook.
- The author is obliged to sign an agreement with Wydawnictwo Naukowe (in which he declares, among other things, no copyright infringement).
- Articles submitted for publication are subject to an anti-plagiarism procedure.
